1. Provider and scope
ADze is an offering of SCHILLER (address in the legal notice). These terms apply to the Zoom integration of ADze. For all other use of ADze, the contract between you and SCHILLER applies. In case of conflict, that contract prevails.
2. Service
For appointments with the location “Zoom”, the Zoom integration creates meetings in your Zoom account, changes their time and deletes them. It is an additional function at no separate charge. There is no entitlement to availability.
3. Your Zoom account
You need a Zoom account of your own. Zoom's terms apply between you and Zoom. You decide for yourself which appointments you connect to Zoom.
4. Your duties
You only connect a Zoom account that you are entitled to use. You inform your guests about the use of Zoom as far as the law requires it.
5. Third-party services
Zoom is a third party's service. SCHILLER is not responsible for its availability, for changes to the Zoom interface or for content in your Zoom account. If Zoom is unavailable, the appointment gets a video room from ADze where possible.
6. Liability
Liability is governed by your contract with SCHILLER; without such a contract, by the statutory provisions.
7. Ending
You can disconnect the integration in ADze at any time or remove the app in Zoom. SCHILLER may discontinue or change the Zoom integration with reasonable notice, and immediately if Zoom blocks or changes the interface.
8. Data protection
The privacy policy (German) lists which data is processed, in the section “Zoom-Anbindung von ADze”.
9. Final provisions
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For merchants, the place of jurisdiction is the registered seat of SCHILLER.
