Why INQA Coaching?

80% Funding

Up to 80% of coaching costs are covered by the European Social Fund Plus (ESF Plus) and the BMAS. Your contribution is only 20%.

Up to 12 Consulting Days

Over a maximum of 7 months, we work together on your individual challenges – flexibly planned and tailored to your business.

Employee Involvement

INQA Coaching actively involves your employees. Solutions developed together are better accepted and more sustainably implemented.

Open-ended Approach

Solutions are not prescribed but emerge through collaboration. We guide the process – you determine the direction.

How INQA Coaching Works

Initial Consultation

Free

In a free initial consultation with your regional INQA advisory center, eligibility for funding is assessed.

Coaching Voucher

Immediate

Once all requirements are met, you receive an INQA Coaching voucher – your entry into the program.

Coaching Phase

Up to 12 days

Together with you and your employees, we work on tailored solutions – agile, practical, and on-site.

Closing Meeting

Sustainability

3–6 months after coaching, you reflect on the results together with the advisory center.

Who Can Use INQA Coaching?

INQA Coaching is available nationwide and across all industries for companies that meet the following requirements:

At least 1 full-time employee subject to social insurance

Fewer than 250 employees

Registered office and workplace in Germany

Annual turnover of no more than EUR 50 million

At least 2 years in the market

Legally independent or freelance
