What is a skill? Explained in one minute.
Does this sound familiar?
Three sentences from people who live this every day. You may recognise yourself in one of them.
I have to get out of word copy and paste into a browser, the section that I want to change and have it done through the browser. Then copy it go back to my Word document. Very inefficient and wasteful of my time.
We take what should be a few bullet points, turn it into some overly wordy bullshit with AI, then the recipient uses AI to turn that wordy bullshit back into a few bullet points.
Often what it produces sounds very AI regardless of the tone you request.
This is not user error. The tool does not know how you work, and you tell it from scratch every time.
What it costs
41 %
of desk workers
received AI-written work from colleagues in the past month that looks like work but is not. Each one costs the recipient almost two hours of rework.
BetterUp Labs and Stanford in Harvard Business Review, September 2025, 1,150 respondents
10 %
use AI daily
while 45 percent use it at all. Mostly for summarising and finding ideas, rarely for the actual work.
95 %
of AI projects
in companies deliver nothing measurable. Not because the models are bad, but because they do not adapt to how people actually work.
What changes
You write down once how you want a certain task done: in which steps, in which tone, with which pitfalls. A text file, nothing more.
Your AI tool reads it by itself as soon as the task comes up. You no longer add it every time.
If a result is not good once, you change the file. The correction holds from then on, instead of you typing it again tomorrow.
Today
The same notes, plus: as a protocol, please. Back comes a letter full of filler, an invented year and a decision that was none. So: shorter. No filler. Split it. Tomorrow the same again.
Afterwards
You pick the Protokoll instruction and paste the notes. Structure, tone and the rule to invent nothing live in the file. Usually usable the first time, and the mail straight after.
This is what an instruction looks like
Three lines from the instruction I write my own meeting minutes with:
Decisions first, then open points. No filler. Invent nothing: if something is missing, ask.
Rules like these are what we write down for your task in your session.
Where do we start?
I run an office or work for myself
Texts, protocols, reports. Everything that ends up on your desk again anyway.
- A protocol from bullet points, always in the same structure
- Texts that sound like you instead of like a machine
- Reports following your pattern, not the AI's
I build software
Almost right is the worst. Two thirds of developers spend more time correcting than they save (Stack Overflow Developer Survey 2025).
- Debugging that looks for the next case of the same kind before reporting success
- Code review by your rules, not by the average of the internet
- Setting up a workspace without a missing step
Whichever you pick: the conversation is the same. You only choose what we talk about.
How it works
Step 1 of 3
Getting to know each other
30 min, freeYou pick a time. In the conversation we find the one task where the effort pays off fastest, and check whether your tool can store instructions per task.
Step 2 of 3
Mail with the offer
automaticOne hour after the conversation you get a mail with the offer for the session together. Exactly one mail. If it does not fit, you do not have to do anything.
Step 3 of 3
The session together
60 to 90 min, €290 to €390 plus VATWe set up your instruction together, on your real task. One task usually fits into 60 minutes (€290). If it needs more, up to 90 minutes are planned (€390), never more. At the end it works, and you know how to develop it further yourself. For companies and the self-employed.

What you have after the session
- An instruction that works for your task, in your tool
- You know how to improve it yourself when something does not fit
- You can tell which task is worth doing next
Common questions
No, but one that can store instructions per task. ChatGPT and Claude can (it is called a project there) and so can Gemini (a Gem), free accounts included. In your company's Copilot it works as an agent: included with a Microsoft 365 Copilot licence, otherwise Microsoft bills the use separately and your admin has to allow it. The personal Copilot only has one general instruction for everything. Developer tools like Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or Gemini CLI have shared one file format since December 2025. Which one you have and what it can do, we clarify in the 30 minutes.
In a free or personal ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini account: not just like that. Names, addresses and cases of customers need a data processing agreement, and those tools only offer one in their business plans. This is not a side note but part of the session: we look at which data your task really needs, what you leave out beforehand and where an agreement is required.
The file stays with you, not with me. It holds how you work, and that stays in your hands. If personal data is involved in your case, we talk about what that means for you during the free conversation. How we handle data ourselves is in our privacy policy.
290 to 390 euros is the price for one session together on one task. For a team it does not add up per head: an instruction that exists once applies to everyone who works with it. What makes sense in your case we clarify in the free conversation, before anyone books anything.
For a single task, often yes, and then you should do that. The difference shows when it becomes several tasks: a snippet has to be pasted by you, and one general instruction applies to everything at once. An instruction per task only applies where it belongs. Whether that is worth it in your case we will tell you honestly during the free conversation, even when the answer is no.
Then I say so in the free conversation and we stop there. I do not sell a session I believe will not help you.
