A managing director told me: I know, but we are not moving. His leave request ran through seven steps, three people and four tools, and that costs more than you think. Why I take away with the team what is not needed, and why that takes organisation and software together.
We transcribe meetings where nobody knows why they're there. We summarise emails that shouldn't have been written. That's not progress — that's pain relief. The real leverage isn't in the next tool, it's in asking whether we're treating symptoms or finally addressing root causes.
Using AI means sending customer data. Our MCP interceptor replaces names, addresses and IBANs with placeholders before anything reaches OpenAI or Anthropic. A second, locally running auditor continuously verifies the filter and feeds detected gaps back into it. Everything local, encrypted, deleted on defined schedules.
AI can do architecture, systems, orchestration, processes, products. The step to the dark factory is small. But fabricated software is not developed software. Agent farms take us back to the assembly line. The Ruhr Valley knows what comes after.
We have treated teams like assembly lines. AI does not make this better. The solution: The smallest loop. Human in the loop. And a team that decides how AI is used.
Your team loses 30% time due to constant tool-switching (68% switch 4+ tools hourly)! The core problem: Manual work slows you down. The solution? An AI control center that acts, not just responds. Result: 40% faster projects, 0% chaos. Book your demo – end the inefficiency!
